It's just as I described in the title. When I open a new file, or any canvas my action menu disappears as if my laptop is zooming into the krita application leaving me unable to edit, or filter anything. I've tried restarting my computer, uninstalling then re-installing three other versions of Krita and I'm getting no where. I had this problem before, and somehow it fixed itself. Please get back to me!

Uh, which version of Krita are you using? If your issue is what I think it is, then I am pretty sure it should not happen since Krita 3.3.0, and the latest Krita version 3.3.2 was released over a month ago.

If it does happen for you on 3.3.2, you can open Settings->Configure Krita, and from the Display section switch Renderer to ANGLE then restart Krita.

If using the latest version of Krita and doing the above steps still doesn't fix it, disable Canvas Graphics Acceleration in the settings. And please provide a screenshot of what's actually happening, and provide the text from Help->Show system information for bug reports.
