I have 2 problems using krita :
1.Image properties window is bigger than my screen - I can't check the apply or cancel because I even don't see them.Is there a solution?
2.Every time I change brush preset -it changes the brush size- I usually need the brush in size 1.00 -Is there a way t make that by default the brushes will be 1.00 and I don't need to change it every time?

Screenshot?
But usually you can tune down the Windows display resolution scaling options a bit to get more screen space.

The brush size is part of the preset and there's no global override. You would have to make your own set of presets and make sure the size option is disabled.

That's not fully true, you can lock the brush tip in the settings, but that will mean all the presets will have the same brushtip. https://docs.krita.org/Locked_Brush_Settings
