Hello, Dear developers
![]() For example , when i create ellipse shape i can do move (ALT) and control proportions (SHIFT, CTRL), but i can`t rotation ![]() In my opinion, it will speed up creation circle form in perspective. In my case it works. Maybe it`s useful to someone. Sorry for my english. Have a nice day. ![]() |

If you select the elipse, it is surrounded by a selection/control rectangle. Then, the 'handles' are visible and can be grabbed by the cursor to give a variety of adjustments.
The corner handles give an arrow (stretch) cursor or a rotation cursor, depending on where you position the cursor. The rotation cursor lets you rotate the elipse. The handles on the sides also give you a skew/perspective control cursor which might be useful for you. |

I mean the Shape Manipulation tool. It looks like an arrow and is the first tool in the Toolbox (next to the Text tool). The elipse must be drawn in a vector layer for this to work so that it is an object with handles and parameters that can be varied by grabbing and dragging with the cursor.
https://imgur.com/a/cO3qH Edit: Actually, the Transform tool does the same thing for Paint Layer shapes after you've selected an area with the Shape Manipulation Tool. https://imgur.com/a/iwbNg |

Thank you, again.
This function is the same as transform tool. I say about spend of time. We do many actions for result (new layer > draw shape > select another tool > transform shape > merge layer). I think, it is long time for one ellipse. |
