Krita swap file

Fri Feb 16, 2018 1:29 pm
Hello everyone!
I have come across a bunch of files on my mac which I fail to recognize. Does anyone know what to do with them?
Their names are KRITA_SWAP_FILE and then something like R10610, Uh6969 or sd8108.

If Krita isn't running, you can just remove them. They are, as the name indicates, swap files for Krita.

Ok, thank you so much. But in the future so that I will be aware, what are they created for?

Krita uses them to store undo information and parts of layers that no longer fits in memory.
