No Pdf? Manuals? to download to use when offline?
Many situations where no wifi but time to learn Krita.
So why no offline documentation?

Yes, the Krita manual is only available online at this point. As to why, that's because we haven't worked out how to generate a good pdf from the documentation wiki.
