I have exported CMYK 8 bit image in tiff format.
In the main krita file all seems as should, but when I export in .tiff and re-import to another krita project then some parts of the image has greenish tone. When I disable Cyan and Magenta channels then all of the image appears the same greenish tone. Also I have exported as krita file and imported in another project as layer and same thing occurred. What might have caused something like that? Why original krita file does not show the effect? Why it appears only when reimporting tiff to krita? Also when I used that krita file as base in another drawing then strange things started to happen with image size. I have created the image using Krita v3.3.0 and v.3.2.0 How can I fix it? |

I have tried to export an 8bit cmyk image of a rainbow gradient to tiff. If I import it for use in a cmyk image with the same color profile, it looks the same, if I try to import it in an srgb image, it has the slightest adjustment to colors caused by the color conversion to srgb.
I cannot reproduce any green tints here. Most likely then, you may have toggled an option or something that causes this green tint, or perhaps set a blending mode on the layer or layer group. I cannot check those things for you here. |

At least if the file can not be restored then I am traing to find out what might have gone wrong and why only some layers are affected.
Why any newly created layer in that file has the same result? The strangest thing is that in the main file all is correct also exported image is all as should. Why the main file does not show that something is wrong and also why all is fine in exported tiff file? (This is the main question?) (I have used Pencil_HB brush to create the drawing.) |

If all the layers inside that new file are affected, then there's something odd with that new file. * Maybe the channels docker is configured oddly. * maybe the layer properties have been modified weirdly. This could also be on group layers. * maybe you turned on softproofing * maybe you used a particular blending mode * Maybe a filter layer * maybe you configured settings->configure krita->color management oddly. * maybe it is related to settings->configure krita->display settings. Perhaps your graphics driver is broken. * Maybe you did something with the LUT docker. And that's only from the top of my head. In cases like these it is best to start over. Perhaps just make a new empty file(making sure that the setting are exactly as you want them) and then right click each layer and use "copy layer" and "paste layer" to move them to the new file. That way, if there's a layer property affecting things, you should be able to figure out from this. |

I found out what is wrong.
The color the images are the same as in https://docs.krita.org/Color_Models RGB black (50, 0, 209, 253). I need the images to be in CMYK/Alpha profile. How does RGB 50, 0, 209, 253 affects printed work? Do I have to redo all my paintings in CMYK? How can I work in RGB and convert to CMYK so the work is pure black |

Convert to cmyk and then touch up the black areas.

Can you please give some examples ...? When I am using black "Pencil_..." brush in krita for example to create something like that https://www.strathmoreartist.com/tl_files/content/blog/2016_blog/Sketch%20vs.%20Drawing%20Blog/Stella%20sketch%20resized.jpg (random image to explain what I mean) I found solution, but can you explain me, Why it is working? Does it affect CMYK printed work? What might be cons in that workflow? WORKFLOW 1. Export RBG Color Space image to .tif format. 2. Open new dockument in krita and import the tif image. 3. Then convert image Color Space to CMYK/Alpha (Problem happened when I converted the original krita file to CMYK) |
