Incorrect Edit -> Undo statement (sometimes)

I've noticed a minor problem with the menu item Edit -> Undo in Krita 3.3.3 and 4.0.0 appimages.

I haven't made a bug report because I can't reliably reproduce it.

If you carry out actions such as a few freehand brushstrokes, a Move, Add New layer, etc. and then use Edit - > Undo, it does not state the action until it has been used once, then it says 'Undo Freehand Brushstroke' (or whatever).
However, it sometimes gives the undo action as being an action that was carried out some time before, such as saying 'Undo Move' after you've done a few brushstokes.

The operation of Undo is always to undo the last action performed, no matter what it says, and the Undo History docker is always accurate.

I suppose the 'mitigation' is to ignore what Undo says and just accept that it will undo the last action.
Has anyone else noticed this?

Not exactly that, but I do think I've seen a related bug report by Quiralta... I can't find it right now, though, I'm still a bit dizzy and dazed after yesterday.

To be honest never paid attention before to it, (who undo/redo with the menu...joking), but indeed the menu shows the wrong step even if behaves normal (undo the actual last step) as also shown in its docker, I guess this qualify as a context menu bug?

btw this is the bug Boudewijn was talking about https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=390581 (putting here for cross reference although not sure if realted)

As soon as I think I've managed to replicate it, I can't replicate it again. I'll close the topic since it's only a minor 'cosmetic' flaw.

I'm on Krita 4.1.0 pre-alpha, and can reproduce every time, although is not so obvious the way it works, I notice that sometimes the menu is simply "undo" without any description but after a redo/undo it will show again the wrong step, or better said, will not show a step that is not a stroke. Add layers in a row, go to it and will still name only the last freehand tool step, and in either case the "redo" menu entry is always without description. It is a minor cosmetic issue indeed but non the less and inconsistency, I would suggest to report anyway, for when the time is less busy, devs can look at it. :)

Reported: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=392257

I marked its importance as 'minor' but it is showing as 'normal'. Does this mean I need to raise a bug report for the bug tracker itself?
