Hello,

Does anyone know what to do when I was drawing on the canvas in Krita, all of a sudden nothing was writing to the canvas? I clicked on various brush icons and I can see the icon, but nothing is actually writing to the canvas. I closed the app and reopened it, and it still won't write to the canvas. Any help please!

Is eraser open ? Try tapping 'E'

With this little information it's impossible to guess what's going on. You could have a very small selection, you could be trying to paint on a group layer, you could be trying to paint on a locked layer... It's best to show a screenshot or a screen recording of the complete Krita Window to take at least part of the guesswork out trying to help.
