Please, please tell me how to install two Kritas! Namely the 3.3.1 and the current 4.0. The reason is because this is the only one that can display and use the brush set, as I've already written. I would be very grateful.
I wanted to make a message about it, but my English is not enough for that. |

On Windows, you can't 'install' two versions of Krita but you can use two different versions - if you really want to and insist on doing it this way.
The easiest way for you would be to have 3.3.1 as the installed version, since you already have this as an installation file and it seems to be the one that works for you as you require. Then you download the Windows 64-bit Portable version of the 4.0.0 release from the standard download site: https://krita.org/en/download/krita-desktop/ Make a backup copy of the krita configuration files and folders before you do this, in case you have problems and need to restore the settings for krita 3.3.1 The download is a .zip file that you extract to give a folder called krita-x64-4.0.0 Do not use the 'krita' shortcut in this folder. Go into the bin folder and run the krita.exe file. This will run krita 4.0.0 Do not try to run both versions at the same time. I've done this on my Windows computer and it works for me. It might not work for you. A developer might come along and say that this is a very bad idea. |

The old brush set is there still in Krita 4.0 too, is just deactivated. This may be of help for you Settings>Manage Resources> There you will see the "Krita 3 default" click on it and move it (with the arrow) to the left panel.
Self educated by a very bad teacher!
