Hi folks,

I'm just getting into digital art, and recently bought an xp-pen tablet. I downloaded Krita, downloaded a few brushes from the web, and everything worked fine for a bit. However, the canvas freezes, often when I am changing brushes. The pen still works outside of the canvass, and I can still use the scroll bars to move the canvas around- it's like the canvas part just stops responding. It keeps happening, and I'm a bit at a loss. I haven't found any bug fixes online from searching a bit- does anyone have any troubleshooting tips I should try?

OS- High Sierra
Tablet- Deco 01 Xp-Pen

I'm having the same problem. I'm using the latest version of Krita and working on Mac OS. I can give more information on the computer if needed, but first I'm going to try and download an earlier version of the program and see if that works.

If anyone has any other troubleshooting ideas, please let me know.
