I only discovered Krita very recently so this (4.0.1) is the first version I've tried. I'm using KDE Neon.
I'm trying to create a python plugin to use in Krita, and following the instructions from the documentation. However they refer to a "Python Plugin Manager" tab in Krita's settings, which doesn't exist for me. I found out that in order to use python with krita I actually need the python3-dev package and not just python3, so I've just installed that. However no plugin manager appears yet. Running krita from a terminal, I noticed the following output which seems to be relevant:
I was unable to find any report about this error. Is this a bug, or am I missing another package or setting? |

If this is with Neon provided packages, it must be a packaging error. Please report a bug to the Neon people.
