Hi all!
First of all I'd like to congrats and thank you for this amazing software. Well, I've been looking around the web and saw nothing about this, so I guess is a rare trouble. I have it activated it in the click and drag mode but nothing happens. When I'm trying to make a selection or drawing a straight line and reach the border the tool stops at that point. Any ideas? Thanks and best regards. |

That isn't kinetic scrolling, that's just scrolling when the cursor is near the border. Kinetic scrolling is only for resource dockers, such as the brush presets or the patterns docker. (https://docs.krita.org/General_Settings#Tool_options)
The other thing has been turned off because that could cause a really nasty bug where krita would just continue on scrolling infinitely in that direction regardless of what you did, and that freaked some users out really badly. |

Oh, I see.
Thanks for the quick answer. I have no idea, I was thinking that kinetic scrolling the displacement of the canvas when you reach the border. Thanks for the info too ![]() That bug is a pitty, it was a nice feature, very handy. I never experimented it. Thanks again. Pd: I guess I'll have to change topic title or something. |
