krita animation render fail

i'm trying to render an animation well some of them to get the animation to render
but every time i even tried to make things work to render the animation it always fail on me
it always said the render fail. i tried and tried again until i got really frustrated.
for the love of god what am i doing wrong.
i put the ffmpeg thing and put it all there and yet it still giving me a hard not to let me do so.

Could you check if whether in the location where you are saving the frames or the location you are saving the video there's an ffmpeg log (named something like log_encode_gif.log) file? Could you copy its contents here?

It would also be super helpful if you could tell a little more about your system. Like, are you one windows, or os x, or linux? What kind of image are you rendering? Is it 8bit, 16bit, rgba? And what are you rendering it to?

Animation rendering seems to be one of those things that either works out of the box for people or doesn't work at all, and we're trying to figure out what is tripping people up, because it must be something super small.

Can you also post a link to a screenshot of your Render Animation window?

I had mine set to 'Both' to show the .png output options.
