Some tools are missing

When i use shortcut for missing item (like B for Brush), nothing happens. Console says nothing.

I don't know. I've only ever seen something like this with a very, very broken installation, one where Krita cannot load the plugins that implement the tools.

* Is this with an appimage or with an arch build of krita?
* If you login and use Krita as another user, does the same thing happen?
* Does it help if you reset Krita's settings (.config/krita* and .local/share/krita)

I have already cleared my configuration files, but it doesn't help.
Krita was installed with an arch build. Oh, and i found something about plugins, here:

Then your build is messed up: apparently the boost library was updated or downgraded and now Krita cannot load its plugins. Not a bug in Krita, it's your arch system that broke stuff.
