I would have liked to contact Krita through an email because I’m no good at forums. So if I’m on the wrong forum or subject I’m sorry.

I’m having a problem for the first time using krita where the colors after uploading are horribly dark and this is the first time this has happened. I haven’t changed anything at all, and I’ve made several pictures using krita so this is really frustrating and confusing. The colors on my computer are perfectly fine but checking on something else like my phone or another computer it’s very dark. I’ve checked and googled to try and fix it and tried everything I saw could help it but nothing did. If anyone knows how to help me I’d appreciate it so much.

Yes, this is the right place. Mail should be sent to kimageshop@kde.org.

Your problem sounds like you're creating 16 bit integer channel depth images with a linear RGB profile. See https://docs.krita.org/en/general_conce ... ight=gamma

I gave my settings a fiddle with based on the link and it’s still very dark, is there a how to on how to fix this? If it’s any help I’m working off a scanned pdf that I’ve saved as photoshop in krita.

For what it is worth, posting on the forum is exactly as effective as posting to the mailinglist. This is because we are a community project, and not a company, so we don't have anyone getting paid specifically for user support. But if you absolutely need an email, the mailinglist is where it is at.

Thanks for the new link, I've looked over everything and on my monitors, it still looks fine but on an iPhone it looks like a black blob. All the other paintings I've made in Krita have never done this, uploaded and checked on iPhone look just like they do in the program. I've tried it all and even more in the settings.
