So I just started using krita on my macbook air wiht my huion tablet. And whenever i try to ink my scanned drawing sometimes the lines that i draw will just cause a straight line to just jump out onto the screen. How do i fix this?

You can't. With the current drivers, Huion on macOS is misery. At the developer sprint we tried to look into it, but not just with Krita, but also Corel Painter and a simple tablet tester application it was impossible to get any working.

Is there any software that i can use wihtout a problem?

Not that I know: I suspect the Huion team tested with Photoshop, probably not with anything else.
