Can I paste a vector layer above the current layer?

I'm using Krita 4.1 on Win 10 and I'm working with a bunch of layers. When I paste a new vector, it's always at the top of the stack, so I have to spend more time (it's a large file so sometimes there's a delay before anything happens) dragging it to just the right spot. Is there a way to paste a vector layer above (or below) my currently selected layer?

I wonder if that behavior can be considered a bug, I think it would be good to report it as such and see if is in fact that or just a functionality that is missing (wish report)

Anyway a work around is to first make a vector layer on the desired space (new layers always come on top of selected layer) and then just paste the svg object/s on it, its a two step process but it may be faster still than looking for the top layer on a heavy document :)
