Tablet touch ring is super slow after updating

I just updated Krita from 3.0 to 4.1 and everything works fine except for the fact that the touch ring on my tablet (which I use to zoom in and out on my canvas) is significantly less sensitive. In 3.0 zooming with the touch ring was as fast as using the mouse wheel and I didn't need to trace the wheel with my finger all the way around the circle. None of my settings on my tablet have been changed but in 4.1 it takes multiple full rotations to zoom in/out even a little bit. The touch ring works completely fine outside of Krita, so is this just part of the update or is it a random bug?

Edit: That's the other thing that changed with the update. In 3.0 I would move my finger clockwise to zoom in, counterclockwise to zoom out, but in 4.1 this got switched (ie. moving my finger clockwise zooms out and counterclockwise zooms in.)

OS
Anything to do with tablets can get tricky. It would be very helpful to a Developer if you can give more details of your OS version and especially which make and model of tablet you're using.

Note that recent (and past) Windows 10 updates have broken Wacom tablet functionality and it may be a good idea to try uninstalling your tablet driver and then installing the latest driver for it, whatever make and model it is. Also, if your tablet control/setup utility has the ability to make separate profiles for different applications, you can try setting up a separate profile for Krita.

Please read this: https://docs.krita.org/en/user_manual/d ... 20problems

It's a bit simple at first but it gets more technical later on.

I'm currently using Windows 7 and a Wacom Intuos Pro. I had never thought about setting up separate profiles for different applications, I'm going to try to see if I can fix it that way.

So I mostly fixed this problem on my own after I saw this thread: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2213837
I made a new touch ring setting not using the Auto Scroll/Zoom function but making one with the - and = keystrokes which are shortcuts for zooming out and in respectively in Krita. This works much better and zooms very quickly and smoothly like it did when I used 3.0. There is a minor difference, which is that it does not zoom in/out with the center being where the cursor is, but just zooms in/out at the center of what you are viewing. It's less convenient but it's better than using the Auto Scroll/Zoom function.
