If you go to file>document information, there is an entry that states: "total editing time". My question is, how is that computed?
- Total time that de canvas is being altered in any way? - Total time that the pen is on the canvas? - Total time that the cursor is moving while the window is openned? I found out that it counts about 70% of the time that I spend using Krita. I would like to know if I am inadvertently staring at the wall on the other 30%, or if the function does not count activity that does not directly changes the canvas, like zooming in and out, selecting an area, opening another document to import a layer, visually planning something, opening references, etc. |

Hi Mr4921,
the editing time is calculated based on the movements that you do on the canvas, after 60 seconds idle (i don't remember the exact time) it doesn't record it and resumes again when do activity. so merely opening the document won't increase editing time this can be found in the release note of 3.0 pre alpha - https://krita.org/en/item/first-krita-3-0-pre-alpha/ |
