I encountered this issue around a month ago, but I can't use a portion of the canvas. Everything else works fine, and I can even draw lines into the area where I can't use, I just cannot start drawing in the bad area of the canvas.

What OS and which tablet do you use? Do you have more than one monitor?

I'm using windows and I use a Huion GT-191 by default. But this has happened with other Huion and Wacom tablets as well. I do also use two monitors.

Try to make the tablet monitor the primary monitor.

I had the tablet as the main monitor, once I switched it to the secondary monitor everything fixed itself. Thanks for the replies!
