hi i was wondering if any one know how to make sun beams for sunsets.

You could use the 464 b) Airbrush Soft. With a pressure-sensitive input device it is able to create such a thing. Use, for example, two layers: One for the red, one for the orange:).

Ok, it also works with the mouse, but not as accurate as with a tablet. Maybe you could try to reduce the opacity so you are able to reach your goal slow and sensitive (more marks without getting the color "tightly filled" are possible).

is there any plugins that can do it ?

so you could have one layer with that has a spot were the light comes from and then you put your layers over it ?

Just try out - for example one layer with a "red ball" with lesser density on the outside, and obove, another layer with an "orange ball". Further it is possible to reduce the opacity of a layer.
