Hello !

I just found out that there are a few issues with the Palette Docker :

- I have to add at least one color to the default group or the colors won't be added to the palette (if I try to add my first color in a custom group nothing happens...)
- If I delete every color in the default group, every color in the custom group disappear
- Sometimes when I add a color it doesn't show on the palette and I have to select another palette and go back to the one I am working on to refresh it
- Drag and drop doesn't work, so I can't order swatches and groups
- I can't rename or delete groups

Hi Steven, for what I know I think that the current palette docker will be replaced in the near future.
