Hi
I have a multilayer krita file which I created for a 3d model, when I export to png I get rendering issues of the file. I'm using 4.1.3. Part of the image just shows the transparent background in a rectangular block at the top of the image. So I thought I would copy the mutilayer file, flatten all layers and then save it as a png. When I flatten the file I get the same rendering issue. Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong ? |

Without being able to check the actual .kra file, it's hard to say. But if you have pixels that are not fully opaque in your image, they of course they come out as transparent on exporting. Either add a fully white (or whatever color) at the bottom of your image. Or you could disable saving transparenty in the png export dialog and choose white (or whatever color) as the transparency fill color.

Thanks boudewjn
I appreciate your response. I just tried your suggestion now I unchecked "store alpha channel (transparency)" in the png export dialog and that solve the issue for me. The image output correctly without large rectangular blocks of pixels missing. If you would like me to send you the *.kra file so you can inspect the issue in more detail, just let me know in a PM which email address to send it to. |
