Brush Preset Problems

Wed Oct 24, 2018 3:27 am
1. Some brushes can't be remove from Favorite Presets (External Brush Pack Problem)

2. Assigning tag seems to be not updating sometimes.

*Wish I could control the placement of brushes on palette

I heard devs have plan to make better resource management

Re: Brush Preset Problems

-I tried moving brush to inactive bundle
-"Favorite Brush" Preset seems to be from GDquest brush
-So the preset disappear

-I tried moving brush to active bundle
-Some new presets appears
-Others can be deleted except "Favorite Brush" Preset
-Also Brushes can't be removed from that

Possibilities are GDQ brushes are made in old version and causing problems in 4.1.5
or Krita is just behaving oddly

you cannot remove presets from pre-installed tags; make a new tag and use that instead in the popup palette. It's something I'm working on, but which needs a huge rewrite of the existing code. It's also not possible to manually determine the order of presets in the popup palette. That's not something anyone is working on at the moment, and controlling the order of presets for a particular tag isn't planned either.
