I'm using a wacom cintiq 27 qhd and trying to use the back of my pen (the eraser) to erase, sometimes will draw instead of erase.
Trying to resize the brush using the express key remote is weird. It won't update until I start clicking elsewhere on the screen. There's not smooth zooming in and out. Is that on purpose? The transition between gradient colors is very extreme, its not really a smooth transition from one color to the next (Ex: white to black). It would be nice to rearrange the colors once they're in the color palette I would like it if the advanced color selector also had a feature like the photoshops kuler or the new version they have in adobe cc so that i could create color themes for characters and scenes. If when you open a canvas it automatically fit inside of the window area and you could zoom in/out from there, and scroll up/down to see how much room i have above and below. The onion skins window, the picture it has, of what looks to be an upside down onion drop down where it has the colors. It could be up top in the center, reducing the size of the onion skin drop down. It seems unnecessarily big, vertically I'm not sure if this is a bug or if this should be a suggestion. But I believe this is a bug. The ability to have more than one window up so that i can see more than one images at the same time. Its not working. Or maybe I have the wrong info on how to do it. I have sub windows selected in the configure krita drop down under general and windows. This is me being very nit pickey about laying out the everything to make it as compact and functional. I've enjoyed my layout very much. Its very functional. The workflow that I have from it is almost seamless. I appreciate all the hard work you've put into it. I will be donating. I just wish the program ran a bit smoother from task to task. |

It's difficult to fully understand some of your problems without seeing a screenshot that illustrates the point you're making.
As general advice, I suggest that you read the manual, which is very well written and presented: https://docs.krita.org/en/ I'll try to answer some of your points: Eraser: See https://docs.krita.org/en/user_manual/i ... er#erasing Zoom: Press and hold Space+Ctrl then use mouse left-click&drag Pan: Press and Hold Space then use mouse left-click&drag (or stylus touch & drag). Onion Skins 'window': This is called a docker and it can be as big as you want it to be and located where you want it to be. https://docs.krita.org/en/user_manual/g ... ht=dockers https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_man ... workspaces The only time you need to have the onion skin docker open is when you're making changes to the settings of the onion skins. After that, you turn the onion skins on and off with the lightbulb icon that is present on the Timeline docker for an animated layer. In general, many questions that a new user may have are explained in the manual or you can do a search in the forum for a keyword related to your question or problem. |
