This page talks about a Tool Options for the wand select tool but I'm not sure where this is located in the user interface. Can someone send a screenshot or something where it is? I feel like I'm just missing something here. Thanks!

It's a docker, unless you put it in the toolbar, in which case it is a dropdown between the brush settings and the current color in the toolbar.

I guess I should add an extra note about this in the tools section of the manual... *notes down*

Thank you! That was it! I was confused because the tutorials I watch on YouTube have a section on the docks. I didn't realize I might've accidentally put it on the toolbar when I was fiddling around with the settings while I was checking it out for the first time.
