Why can't I see 'Tile' and 'Cascade on the Window Menu?

I can't seem to find Tile and Cascade and unable to tile opened windows in Krita (see the link above for a screen photo). How do I correct this? Thanks.
halla KDE Developer Posts 5092 Karma 20 OS	Re: Why can't I see 'Tile' and 'Cascade on the Window Menu? Sun Feb 17, 2019 7:39 am Krita is by default in Tabbed mode. Go to Settings, Configure Krita, General, Window and select Subwindows in the Multiple Document Mode combobox. Restart Krita.
