Hello,
I am new to the krita software. I had heard a lot about the software and about how good it is for digital art as well as animation. Upon trying out the animation I am having an issue where no matter which frame I choose it will show the same frame and it is giving no option for onion skin either. On the krita website the tutorial right clicked on the frame and selected new frame but no such option is showing up for me. I have been trying for more than an hour to get it to work and it has become very frustrating so I decided to get some help on this forum. I will really appreciate it if someone could show me the ropes on how to correctly use the software as for the digital art aspect of the program it has been working like a charm.

Your questions are often asked by people who are new to krita. The animation facilities are not difficult to learn but do need some study and practice.
