I have been using Krita for almost 6 months with no problem, today I opened up Krita to find everything blown up in proportions, I have no idea how to try and fix it. I can't scroll down or make the tab smaller. I have deleted and reinstalled Krita hoping it would fix itself but it is not working. Any ideas

Fix your Windows scaling settings, your display's resolution or uncheck the HiDPI checkbox in Krita's Settings dialog.

You can try Settings -> Configure Krita -> General -> Window -> "Enable HiDPI support." Uncheck that checkbox, and restart.
However, it seems that Krita 4.1.7 on Windows, which comes with HiDPI support, cannot correctly disable this option. For this, you may want to download the nightly builds.
