My stylus won't move outside the central image area. I can't "click" menu choices and dockers. My mouse will work in these areas but not the stylus. Using Huion tablet. What steps should I take to analyze? Secondary question: Does a "pasted" layer differ from standard layer? Does it effect layers above in some way?
