Hello. I have question about krita shop. With what license Digital Atelier provided? Can I create brushes based on it and share this brushes with community for free?

That's a good question: there is no official license in the pack. But as the person who commissioned the pack, the idea was to include the tutorials so people could make their own presets. Basing those presets on the presets in the bundle is fine. Handing out copies of Digitial Atelier to other people isn't fine, though
