Hi
Everytime we open the text editor popup box, it opens on top left corner in a small size. It would be ideal if it could remember its earlier size (when user resized it as needed) and reopen next time in the same size.

You can create a 'wishlist' bug item here: https://bugs.kde.org/ and it will get added to the list of things that people would like to have done.

A work around, since you use Kubuntu, is to use the window manager settings to place windows, or/and the windows rules to remember size and position. it comes with two caveats which are: -The placement in the window management settings applies to all windows, e.g. centered = all programs you open will open at the center of the screen (with the obvious exception of the ones that open full screen). -You can use settings for specific windows/programs, but in this case if you set size and position for the text window, Krita will also follow the rule as the window is called the same. Not perfect solutions but windows specific rules and management is quite a good feature on KDE/Plasma that can help a bit with this type of issues.
