Hello, I work on a project and I use Krita. But I have a problem with my lines. After a save and close the projects, them disappear. When a search, I find them, but they have a line style to null. So I put the good line style, but after a save and quit Krita they disappear again.
Did somebody make this problem ? Images : https://imgur.com/a/LfUbiDY |

I don't see this happening with the 4.1.7 or the latest 4.2.0 alpha appimages. Line style is preserved after saving and opening a .kra fike.
I don't think there's any kind of global preference for line style that could be influencing any lines like this. Which OS and which version of krita are you using? |

I used krita 4.1.1 when I see this problem, but the problem is here in 4.1.7. I use krita on windows 10.

I've just tried this with version 4.1.7 running on Windows 10 and had no problems. Can you upload your .kra file to a file sharing website and post the link here so it can be examined?

Thank you for that file. You have an interesting problem in there.
I've 'repaired' it by isolating the line and putting it on its own layer (Repaired Line) above your Layer 15. This is a crude workaround and not a proper repair. Any line that you draw in Layer 15 will have Line Style forced to 'null' if you save the file. Don't try to Merge the Repaired Line with Layer 15, you'll just go back to the problem. RepairedComic.kra - https://www.dropbox.com/s/t20zyzd4y0tfv ... c.kra?dl=0 You have many objects in Layer 15 which have stroke Line Style of 'null' and this property seems to be leaking into the presentation of the line within krita. Looking at the .svg output, this seems to be done by setting the opacity of the stroke to zero. If this happens again, I suggest that you put lines into their own isolated layers. Did you create all of the content only in krita or did you import vector objects (via .svg files or copy/paste) from another application? I ask this because I can't replicate the problem from scratch in krita. I'll file a bug report later if I can get a definite cause/example .kra file developed. |

I don't know if you see in the picture, but I had lines who disappear on each missile. It is bad we cannot make too many lines in a single layer. I hope this bug will repair soon.

In the new 'Repaired Line' layer, you can put more lines to replace the invisible missile lines in Layer 15.
For your layer called 'Copy of Layer 15', you can make another layer above that called 'More Repaired Lines' and put the lines in that. You can make as many lines as you like in a single layer, but in your case you have some content in those particular layers which is affecting the properties of the lines. This is a puzzle. Did you import or paste any content from outside of krita? |

I do you manipulation and that work, but I see on the layer 13 some lines disappear and they have not had many lines in this layer. So I do not know if the problem comes in other ways.

I'll try asking again: Did you import or paste any content from another application or did you only use krita to create the content of your comic?

I am sorry not to answer your question. Yes, all the project is making with krita only.

Thank you for that information. I've updated the bug report. Krita has a problem with line styles - they spread and affect other objects.
You have many green shapes that have a null line style in them and this spreads to your other shapes/lines. This doesn't affect objects on a different layer. All you can do is make a new layer above an affected layer and create the lines you want in that new layer. You shouldn't use line styles until this bug is fixed. |
