Why can't I read my video?

I have used Krita to create an animation. I register my video when is it over on ".mp4", but I can't read it.
Windows media say, it can't reads it.

- I have already try with VLC
- This video have 0 octet.
- I can't read the frames on Jpeg or others too.

I don't know, why i can't read this.

Hi lucasb,
With 0 octets; it means your file has 0 informations; it is empty.
You probably had a rendering error.
You'll probably need to render your animation again and check if Krita write an error message or a log that will give you hint of what is happening.

Mmmh, i have already tring many times.

But, what i don't understand is, why can't i read just one frame on png/jpeg or other. Same problem as the video maybe.
