Hi, hard to get any information with your video and your forum title and content. So, I'll try to guess: while using the freehand tool (painting) have a look at the Option panel (the docker is behind your layers probably in the video): you might have a smoothing or a stabilizer enabled. Disable it and let me know if Krita is faster.
