Brush laggy on 4.2

Wed May 29, 2019 9:56 am
I am working on a Windows 10 PC with 16 GiB Ram. ANd a 1 GiB VRAM GTS 250. (It's not my own PC). The brush felt so weird when i drew with it. It felt like rubber.
I switched its mode to 4.1 but that didn't help. Canvas acceleration is disabled. In 4.1.7 the brush was without issues. Only the 4.2.0. had this problem. Had to downgrade again.

Sadly this has too little information for us to do anything with it.

Like, what kind of canvas do you use, does enabling graphics acceleration help, do any of the logging options in the advanced tab of the performance settings give clear different results?

Right now it seems that you computer just doesn't like Krita 4.2.

Please delete this post. I don't care about the other computer anymore. The graphics card is just old. I work with 4.1.7. for the remaining 6 weeks and that's that.
