Krita file show generic icon?

Wed May 29, 2019 10:05 am
I'm running Krita on Ubuntu 18.04.2, with krita-nautilus-thumbnailer installed. However, the nautilus file manager show generic document icons, and the thumbnails directory doesn't seem to have a thumbnail file for this document. Any help to sort this out is appreciated.

We don't make the nautilus thumbnailer, so we cannot investigate what's wrong; you must report a bug for that product in the gnome bugzilla.

You don't make the wares, but there might be people here who are using it, and can help me out. But if you're not interested in helping others, don't bother.
