I'm sure this has been answered, somewhere but I couldn't find it. I'm brand new to digital art in any program and I'm trying to find out how to stabilize or smooth my pen/brush strokes. I know this can slow down responsiveness but I have a terribly shaky hand. Can anyone help me out?

With the Freehand Brush Tool, krita has some brush smoothing options available. These are selected from the Tool Options docker. This docker is on the tab next to the Advanced Colour Selector docker (colour wheel) which is at the top right of the screen in the default workspace layout.

The manual has a detailed explanation: https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_man ... ol-options

You could you try all the different options and adjust the parameter values of the Weighted and Stabiliser options to see how they 'feel' for you.
