Krita and Adobe Illustrator issue

Mon Jun 03, 2019 8:56 pm
Heyo! Whenever I try copy and pasting an image from Krita to Adobe Illustrator (Cs6), the transparent elements turn black. Can't find anything on Google and color profiles don't seem to help. Anyone have any ideas?

Don't copy, but save and import. Windows turns all transparent pixels on the clipboard opaque, which means black. (Actually, on copying something to the clipboard, Windows makes several versions, and applications can select the version they want, but most go for RGB without transparency.)
