Hello,
I used to select select white surroundings with Magick Wand in photoshop, then Invert selection and Crop the image (for example left top corner). This causes that white border is removed. This procedure works in Photoshop and Photopea.com but not in Krita. Is that a bug? Example image: ![]() Thank you! |

Hi, yes, I can confirm; the issue happens after the "invert selection" action. After this action, the crop tool seems to keep selecting the bounding box of the non inverted selection (in your case, and most of the case, the canvas boundary) and can't magnet to the geometry of the new selection. It affects also the action via the menu: Image → Trim to selection. Otherwise crop works pretty well at being magnetic to any type of shape of selections until this one is inverted...
