Good morning everyone. I have a Lenovo ThinkPad p1 with the Intel 17 8850h, and the Nvidia Quadro p2000. Recently, I installed Ubuntu on my windows laptop, and I had the two operating systems at the same time; Krita was working good with pen tilt in both Ubuntu and windows. Yesterday, I decided to uninstall Ubuntu, I removed its partition and tried to repair windows bootloader with a recovery USB drive that I made; however, it didn't work, so I decided to recover windows from scratch. I got all my files and software removed.
After installing Krita again, the tilt functionality was lost, and I made sure to have it activated in brush settings. I have a Wacom Cintiq pro 24", and I also tried the tilt with the Lenovo pen pro. I tried the tilt in photoshop, and it does work, so there is a problem with Krita. First, I tried with Krita 4.2.1 and then with 4.2.0, but the tilt didn't work with any of them. Additionally, I'm not getting the option to select Adobe RGB (1998) color space; I had this option in windows before uninstalling ubuntu, but I never had it in Ubuntu. Any help will be very appreciated ![]()

You'll probably need to reinstall a bunch of drivers, for the cintiq and for your monitor and gpu.

Thanks for your reply. However, what makes me think that the problem is not due to my pc or lack of drivers is that the tilt works in photoshop. Also, in Nvidia control panel I see that I have installed the Driver version: 417.35, Driver type: DCH, which is the right one; I also installed Wacom desktop center by going to wacom.com/start and choosing the Cintiq pro. I haven't installed any drivers for my laptop's monitor, but the Lenovo pen pro works fine in photoshop.
What do you think? |

Try to switch between wintab and windows ink in Krita's settings, or reset Krita's settings.

Hi, I found a solution for the missing color profile. Because I have adobe creative cloud, I search for C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Color\Profiles\Recommended. There I found AdobeRGB1998.icc; I took it and I pasted it in C:\Program Files\Krita (x64)\share\color\icc\krita. Then I got the color profile!
