Hello!
I got an xp-pen (15.6 pro) the other day and it worked just fine with krita, but then the next day it didnt work at all, i tried with photoshop and it was ok but krita ![]() It seems like xp-pen and krita arent always compatible but i find it weird that it worked for hours the other day and then not at all. Do you have any idea if i can do something about it ? Thanks! |

It depends...
* Tablet drivers on windows store per-application information in their settings. And sometimes, those settings get corrupted, and then the only thing you can do is reset the tablet driver settings. * Tablet drivers give a something called a context to applications. Sometimes, the driver thinks the application already has a context, even though the application was closed and restarted. Restarting the computer might help there. * Windows or driver updates break tablet drivers quite often |

Thank you!
I tried again today but with the pen, the mouse moves just one second and then it doesn't anymore. How can i reset the driver settings ? EDIT: i've read somewhere that you can tick the windows ink box in the settings (it was a question about pen pressure) and im not sure why it works now but well, it does so far. Anyway thanks again!!

I don't know; that's specific for each brand, and I only have Wacom, Huion and Yiynova around.

Hi,
in settings > Display : do you use "canvas graphics acceleration"? if yes, are you using Angle or OpenGL : try using Angle and restart Krita...
