Is it possible to set the anchor point of a brush tip to the edges (bottom, top, etc...) for size and rotation variations ?

For example I have a brush that stamps tree images with a size variation (fuzzy dab) and I'd like their bottom to stay aligned. In other words, i'd like the anchor point of the size variation to be at the bottom of the brush tip instead of the center. Is that possible ?
