When you transform a layer with the transform tool (Ctrl+T), the preview has a lower resolution for obvious performance reasons. However, I would like to align a layer on top of another precisely while using all 3 transforms (translation, scale, rotation). So is there a way to change the preview resolution or simply enable full resolution ?
