i don't know exactly how to describe it, but everytime that I get close the the corners of the canvas, the cursor goes from the drawing to the tool bar. What should I do?

Since that's not something that Krita does, investigate your OS and tablet driver settings.

I contacted the support of XP-Pen today, but they said that everything was running normally. I tried another drawing program and nothing strange happens, this problem just appear while using krita
I really wanted to use krita to draw... no other user had this issue before?
