I am working on a Wacom MobileStudio Pro 16 and it looks like some horizontal slider are missing in the brush configuration UI.
It will not display all the items or rearange them to fit the width of the window, specially when there are a large number of items like with the patterns.

Please show a screenshot of the brush editor and the Krita window, and tell us your display settings. On my 16" Mobile Studio Pro everything is fine, but I did have an afternoon of trouble caused by a windows update breaking display scaling. The next windows update put that right again.

My display setting in windows is 3840 X 2180 pix not using High-DPI in the Krita setting

I also have the same problem on other display, on my laptop HP Pavillon with windows display setting 1360 X 768 pix.

The problem is concerning the brush, the brush tips and the brush pattern icones.
Using the direction brush when an element is selected, you can move to the right marging of the list revealing more icones depending on the icon zoom factor
