currently i am using the program krita 4.2.3 and it is a very good program! i want to report one problem. my brushes are not moving at the same speed as my bamboo pen anymore and nor are the brushes going in the direction i want them to move. is there any way to fix this?

Sounds like you have activated the stablizer in the tool options docker. Maybe set that back to 'smoothing: none' or 'smoothing: basic'?
