I've noticed there are a few of these but none of them seem to be working for me. I've tried reinstalling, restarting(which used to work), previous versions, looking for AppData, nightly/stable versions and such. But it just does nothing, apart from starting a process tree (so technically, it is running, perhaps as a background process?) instead of opening properly. the process takes up no gpu or cpu space, only a little memory, so it's definitely not full on Krita, if you get what I mean. I'd like to get back to drawing asap

Try to use debugview to see if there are any interesting error messages Krita throws: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysint ... /debugview

From what I see, when I try to opne it it says "detected Intel Driver making ANGLE the preferred renderer." and then goes on about suspending, I think. If I specify to run it with my higher performance gpu, absolutely nothing happens. Hope this helps :/ |

Sorry, no. I'll need to see the exact output to make sure, of course.

I hope you can access it, can't seem to upload images directly here. It's a picture of what happens when i run it with intergrated graphics (as opposed to the silence with my GeForce) |

No, that doesn't give a lot of help. I guess we'll need to make a real crash log: https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_man ... ml#dr-minw

Hi, Sorry I'm late!
https://drive.google.com/file/d/16z-WcY ... sp=sharing is the only log I could find and it's from June, but I can't remember exactly when the problem started (it could've been alter and it's a random one from earlier), since Krita does technically open in the background, instead of actually crashing. Thanks |
