I'm a total newbie to animation layers!

So, I need some help with something that I'm pretty sure is simple. I'm having trouble with the layers of my animation. What I mean by this is that, for example, if I draw something in the first frame in the second layer, the second layer will appear on all of the other frames, when I only want it on the one specific keyframe. Does anybody know how to fix this? And I will further explain if you don't quite understand. Thank you! <3

Add a blank frame at the desired position in the timeline, or add an opacity keyframe and check that the layer's opacity slider is at 0% on that frame to make its content invisible. The button and drop-down to add them are in the Animation docker: https://docs.krita.org/en/_images/Anima ... rves_1.png
