Have a look at the preinstalled brushes in Krita: https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_man ... undle.html You'll find all of those in the Brush Presets docker.
Basic-5 Size Opacity is already similar to the brush from your screenshot. If you want to edit brushes and look at the parameters they use, there is a button for the brush settings in the top toolbar, or just press the F5-key to open it.

'Basic-5 Size Opacity' has size and opacity increase with increasing stylus pressure. It is the brush preset that most closely resembles the picture you linked to on Imgur. It may be that your hand is 'heavy' and you produce high pressure strokes with the stylus.

If you only want a 'soft ending', the Basic-2 Opacity will give you only opacity variation with pressure, no size variation.

If you go to Settings -> Configure Krita - Tablet Settings, you can adjust krita's response to your stylus pressure to be better suited to your personal hand pressure. Before you do that, try the brushes again but with using less pressure on the stylus to see how that affects the result.
